Steph Bailey - (Performer) (married name Taylor) - has a driving interest in green issues, permaculture, sustainability and cultural transformation. She trained at Dartington College of Arts and the Amsterdam Mime School in the 1990s and has since been seen in numerous street and more conventional theatre performances. As well as this, Steph owns 20 acres of Devon farmland which is the home of numerous sustainability projects and the beginnings of a permaculture project. She is on the committee of the South Devon Community Supported Farming group (www.devoncsf.co.uk) and is currently launching RAISE (Rural Arts in Science Education) which provides a curriculum for learning the practical skills required for sustainable living for example, building your own wind turbine, water pump or solar water heater, sustainability in art and performance, story making & many field science subjects. Steph's current time fillers include a gorgeous 18 month old baby, and an 8 year old!
